Masks no longer required at Harry Reid Airport

Las Vegas (KLAS)— As news of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) no longer enforcing federal mask mandates circulates, Harry Reid International Airport is no longer requiring passengers to remain masked.

In a Twitter post from Harry Reid International Airport, they stated “We’ve followed @TSA guidance throughout the pandemic and now are pleased to share that masks are no longer required in U.S. transportation hubs, including airports.”

This announcement comes after reports of a federal judge in Florida striking down a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) directive regarding mask mandates for travel. Airlines currently have the ability to require masks at their discretion.
