LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A stabbing in front of a North Las Vegas business on Tuesday left one man dead, according to 8 News Now sources.
The North Las Vegas Police Department was called to the scene of an apparent physical altercation between two men in the 5500 block of Simmons Street near Ann Road at around 11:45 a.m., police said.
Once officers arrived at the scene they said they found a man who was “bleeding and suffering from unknown injuries.”
It was later discovered that the man described to be in his 30s was found to have several stab wounds.
He was taken to UMC where he was later pronounced dead.
A person of interest was later placed into custody by North Las Vegas police and criminal charges are pending.
