LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Two people have been arrested after a deadly shooting at a homeless encampment in Las Vegas.

It took place on December 1, 2023, at East Charleston Boulevard and North Honolulu Street near U.S. 95.

Police accused Christobal Omar Perez, 31, as the suspected gunman, and his girlfriend Kylie Auyoung.

Both face murder and battery with a deadly weapon charges, according to Las Vegas Metro police.

Two people were killed in the shooting and were identified by police as Timothy Brenton and Ashley Burrell.

At the time of the shooting, police stated that the suspect left the scene in a dark sedan moments after.
