LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas police report a man struck by a vehicle on Boulder Highway died five days after the crash, according to the Clark County coroner’s office.
The crash victim, a man believed to be between 25 to 30 years old, was struck on Jan. 22 around 7 a.m. as he attempted to cross Boulder Highway outside of a crosswalk. Police said a 76-year-old woman in a Hyundai Santa Fe, who was making a turn from Nellis Boulevard to southbound Boulder struck the man.
Police said the driver showed no signs of impairment and remained at the scene. This is the 16th traffic-related fatality in Metro’s jurisdiction for 2024.
